The first course was a mousse of gorgonzola with hering, clams and tomatoes. It was tasteless and far under the standards of a two star restaurant. Also the last course had no flavor at all. The cotton candy was nothing special, on a funfair they taste better.
For a two star restaurant you would expect excellent service, but we had several people serving us and they forgot a course. When we discussed this with the restaurant manager, the answer was; 'Our philosophy is that we don't ask our guests if they had a good night and if everything is to their liking because we assume our guests will discuss this with us.' When we said that we are discussing it right know the answer was that we had to do that sooner and they couldn't do anything for us anymore.

It was a great dining experience at FG restaurant. The chef has truly made eating fun and interesting. The combination of taste and texture for each amuse and each dish came together nicely. We had a very enjoyable evening!
