The food is good and beautiful. Nice service as well. I would recommend this place.

Onze ervaring was absoluut niet sterren waardig. We gaan regelmatig sterren eten en soms is het met restaurant week leuk om nieuwe restaurants te ontdekken. Maar dit komt niet in de buurt van een sterren restaurant.

Om 18:00 schoven we aan ons mooi opgedekte tafel aan. Mooi servies, een aperitief werd ingeschonken.
We bestelde beide een oester. Er werd eerst een verkeerde oester geserveerd, dit werd snel opgelost.
De amuse en het 1e gerecht van de 5 gangen volgde snel. Fijn tempo.
Maar tussen de 1e en de 2e gang duurt het 41! Minuten. Toen de bediening kwam vragen hoe het tempo was, gaven wij aan dat het wel iets sneller mocht. Maar het snellere tempo bleef uit… Wij hebben 4,5 uur gedaan over 5 gangen. We zaten continue met lege glazen. Zowel water als wijn. De 2e wijn werd geserveerd in HELE vieze glazen vol lip afdrukken van iemand anders…. En na dat deze wijn op was bleef de vraag om nog iets te drinken UIT. (Terwijl toen het hoofd gerecht pas kwam)
Ik gaf aan t begin van onze avond aan dat ik de bob was dus niet veel zou drinken. Maar er werd geen alternatief aangeboden? 0.0 cocktail? 0.0 wijn? Water? Bij de kaasplank vroeg mijn tafelgenoot om een glaasje wijn, maar terwijl mijn glas leeg op tafel stond werd daar niet naar om gekeken. M’n servet werd niet gevouwen als ik de tafel verlaten had (tot 2x toe) terwijl dit bij alle andere tafels wel gebeurde?
Het leek alsof we meer een last waren dan een gast. Ligt dat dan aan de restaurant week deal? Dat wij anders behandeld worden dan de “normale” gasten?
Bij het afrekenen vroeg de ober of alles naar wens geweest was. Wij gaven aan dat we het nogal lang vonden duren en zijn antwoord was: “oh had je eerder thuis willen zijn dan?”
Zeer onprofessioneel en nogal bijdehand naar je gasten toe.
