Serveer iets te eten bij aperitief. Verrukkelijk warm voorgerecht laat lang op zich wachten. Rijst, lamsvlees en kip mag best in kleinere porties. Koude bijgerechten en dessert waren wel erg koud. Misschien iets eerder uit de koelkast. Verder wordt een rekening op prijs gesteld; dan zijn we het eens over wat we gegeten hebben en waar we voor moeten betalen. Vooraf was niet duidelijk wat een drie- of viergangenmenu inhield.
