About Herberg Stevensweert
Herberg Stevensweert is located on the market in the core of picturesque Stevensweert. In the heart of Central Limburg, on the island in the river Meuse.
Marcus Schmidt has been cooking the stars from heaven here since 1996. His wife Pascalle ensures that the people in the restaurant lack nothing.
Based on French cuisine, using vegetables from his own vegetable garden and buying in a lot from local suppliers, Marcus creates a varied menu that also caters to guests' vegetarian and vegan needs.
If you are a lover of asparagus, this is definitely the place to be. The asparagus from Central Limburg are unique and taste delicious! Chef Marcus likes to introduce you to the 'white gold' in his carefully composed menu.
Pascalle and Marcus aim to give everyone who visits Herberg Stevensweert an unforgettable experience.
