Donderdag 12 september heerlijk gegeten. Gezellig restaurant, rustig, leuke bediening, attent en natuurlijk genoten van een viergangen menu, met bijpassende wijn. Alles klopte. Team Sven en collega’s bedankt. Wij komen terug.
Tijdens de restaurantweek gegeten bij broeders in zwolle. Dat is genieten van een 5 gangen menu met bijpassende wijnen. In sfeervolle kleinschalige omgeving met vriendelijk personeel en erg gastvrij. De gerechten waren voortreffelijk en hoog op smaak. Veel kennis over de wijnen. Kortom een aanrader als u in zwolle bent!
Wat een heerlijk restaurant. De eigenaar en personeel super gastvrij en denken met alles mee. Eten was fantastisch, prachtig opgemaakte borden. Een feest om hier te eten.

Restaurant Bij Broeders in Zwolle is run by two brothers Sven has been in the ministry since he was 16 and has worked at Os & Peper, Koperen Kees and Basiliek Harderwijk, among others. Hospitality and wines are his specialties. Sven: "Watching guests leave the door with a smile, that is my goal every evening." Bjorn has stood in various kitchens, including that of 't Nonnetje in Harderwijk,' t Wolhuys and De Librije.
