Alles klopte, een heerlijke avond gehad en genoten van het 6 gangen JRE menu met bijbehorend wijnarrangement. Lekkere combinatie van smaken, lust voor het oog en prima bediening. Wij komen terug.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Bij het afrekenen ging er wat mis, de chef die erbij werd gehaald kwam vrij gestrest over. Een klein smetje op een heerlijke avond.

Restaurant Carelshaven started out as a modest skipper's inn at the Twickel harbor company, and over the centuries it has grown into a renowned 4-star hotel and restaurant in Delden in the province of Overijssel.
