Eten was redelijk maar niet top. De amuses aardig, de zalm als voorgerecht met bijlage te weinig op smaak, de bijpassende Portugese wijn was wel erg goed. Rivierkreeft was het beste gerecht van de avond maar het daaropvolgende Wolvarken een teleurstelling (smaakte naar rookworst) en de jus had dubbel getrokken moet...

Bijgaande groente niet goed op smaak gemaakt en had er een puree o.i.d. bijgemaakt. Kaasplankje erg goed van het kaasatelierkaas.
Een keurig en sfeervol restaurant met zeer goede service. De gerechten waren uitstekend op elkaar afgestemd; goed van smaak en gevarieerd.

The only minor downside is perhaps the location, close to the highway and feeling quite indurstrial.
I have occasionally been visiting Savarin since their original restaurant in old town Rijswijk. After more than 25 years they are still going strong. Pleasant professional staff, great quality food and a luxurious atmosphere.
