Erg lekker gegeten en menu is uit te breiden. Aanrader. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Het 5-gangen menu van Merlot was heerlijk. Van de eerste amuses tot de koffie, alles was goed verzorgd, mooi opgemaakt en fantastisch van smaak. Daarnaast was de kennis van wijnen en de gebruikte ingrediënten, maar ook de service geweldig. We lopen vaak langs Merlot maar de sfeer binnen verraste ons in positieve zin. Kortom een aanrader!

Als ik echt iets negatiefs moest zoeken zal het het hapje zijn geweest. We kozen voor een hapje bij de cava, de oesters zijn heel goed, de salami vond ik niet zo bijzonder.
Dit restaurant heeft volgens ons een Michelin ster verdiend. Mijn smaakpapillen zijn goed getraind. Geweldig aardige bediening en de timing voor de volgende gang was perfect.
