Ontzettend lekker gegeten, en met een bobarrangementje ook van de wijn kunnen genieten. Heel knap om zo’n zaak te draaien en deze kwaliteit te bieden.
Gisteravond gegeten bij Merlot. Vriendelijk ontvangst waarbij de jassen voor ons werden opgehangen. De garderobe heeft een prominente plaats in het restaurant wat jammer is voor de, verder prachtig ingerichte, zaak en keuk. Daardoor ontstaat ook een koude luchtstroom vanuit de voordeur.

Het eten was fantastisch. Erg lekkere amuses, prachtige gangen met gevarieerd vis of vlees. Een prachtige wijncollectie en uitstekende, op elkaar afgestemde, bediening maken het compleet. Dit restaurant in haar prachtige pand aan het water is een aanrader!
