Via een aanbieding van de FNV ontdekten we dit vrij nieuwe restaurant. Heerlijk gegeten in een leuke setting en met allemaal tussengerechtjes die niet op het menu stonden en mooi gepresenteerd. Het voorgerecht met coquille was echt top. Gaan zeker nog eens langs als het nieuwe menu er is.
Geweldig restaurant. De eigenaar en het personeel besteden veel aandacht aan zowel de gasten als de bereiding van het eten. Dit kleinschalige restaurant is vrij recent geopend, maar nu al een enorme aanwinst voor Lelystad.
Wat een aanwinst voor Lelystad. Hier wordt met passie gekookt met smaken die wij eigenlijk niet kennen. Mooie gerechten met kruiden uit noord Afrika. Zo verfijnd dat we steeds enthousiaster werden ga hier gewoon een keer eten en laat je verrassen
Prachtig ingericht. Mooi opgemaakte borden maar vooral heel intense smaakbeleving.
My husband and I went to Laymous and it was absolutely incredible. The food was fresh, creative and delicious. I loved the layer tastes of all of the courses. After generally only having a gastronomy restaurants in bigger cities, this is truly hidden gem in Lelystad. Highly recommend and will come back to celebrate my birthday.

At Laymous, chef Bilal Bouazza and his team take you on a culinary journey through the scents and colors of the Arabic kitchen. Inspired by Bilal's cherished childhood memories, Laymous offers warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere.
Chef Bilal's passion for cooking began in his childhood, standing beside his mother in the kitchen. After gaining extensive experience in various kitchens and at Restaurant Daalder in Amsterdam, he opened Laymous. The name, derived from "laymoun" (lemon) and "karmous" (fig), evokes memories of summers in Tunisia.
